A Question about Bodysuits

So, my friend has been working on a group of models and has started running into what they consider an 'embarrassing' problem.

To start, they use Full-Body TDA models for whenever they make something. And the models they are currently making have bodysuits under armor. Using some of the Body Materials for the making of the bodysuit.

Now the problem they are having is that when they go to flatten the nipples of the models to hide them, they keep seeing that from the side they're no longer noticable, however from the front, especially when RayCast is applied the nipples are still visible as if they didn't flatten them.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've seen models that have done what my friend has and have them hidden, but I can't figure out how they did it.

Any help will be appreciated.

you wrote a lot, but the question is vague
there might be a hidden mesh [0 default opacity] that the shaders picks up, find it and fix it
if that doesn't help go to mme and start unticking shader subsets, you're bound to find something that has an effect on said nipples. it will either show you the mesh name responsible, or the shader subset group, that you need to untick upon loading the shader.

Sounds like the mesh drawing order is incorrect.
In PMX editor in the materials tab, make sure the material with the nipples is before the bodysuit, and the bodysuit material is below the body/nipple materials.
