How to fix the color difference between neck and head?

After swapping the model's head,how to fix the color difference between neck and head?

Directly modify the texture using PS does not seem to work...Even with the same color, different parts will still have a difference.

Is it possible to do that using only PmxEditor and PS?Or should I get software like 3dmax?

Or if you can tell me where to download that model, that's better.

Generally speaking you want to match up the Toon and Sphere to be the same (in PMD/X editor, in the Material Tab). So for, example, clothes and skin, make sure you copy the same Sphere and Toon from the first model with the head and apply them to the model you are using as a body. However this isn't a perfect system I've found but it works.

This is a Trude edit I've done and for it I copied Trude's Toon and Spheres and pasted them to the body. It does provide a similar effect but if you squint you can see it's not perfect (also I applied S5_Shader).

This said I'm pretty sure someone with better editing skills can explain what to do. This is all I know and it works for what I need.

Try matching edge line size / colour too... You should match body's edge line with the head you are adding.

I always turn off the edge line...

the best way for me to do this is
to edit the material itself
make the color blend or
add/draw shadow effect around her neck
Neck >> between body material and face material
if you want to go further you can try to remap the UV
